SERVICE AGREEMENT

To secure your booking with TH Photography, you will be sent an online Service Agreement which will require your signature to confirm your agreement with the below policies.

Please note

The time stated on the package is the maximum amount of shooting time (e.g. 60 minutes – this means up to 60 minutes). The shoot may finish sooner than this, but do not worry, this would mean II have everything I need. The package cost includes the amount of time processing the image editing after the shoot has taken place to get your images to a professional quality.

After the shoot has taken place, the Photographer will go through a selection process, and create a ‘proof gallery’. The images will not be available to download and will contain watermarks. The client will then select the images (quantity is stated within package details) to go ahead for the editing process. Refunds are not provided for ‘selecting the incorrect image’. If any additional images are required, these can be provided at an extra cost.

CONTENT SHARE POLICY

Images & Behind the scenes recordings from your session will be used by the photographer to further promote their services and support business growth. This would be via any of the following medias; The TH Photography website, submission to photography awards/competitions, Publishings, and social media.

Video’s may also be taken during the shoot, this will be for marketing purposes by the photographer only and are not included in the package. However, if any video’s are shared on social media from your shoot, feel free to share the posts to support the photographer.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Upon booking a session, a 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot. 

Deposit is not required for the Maternity Package.

The deposit is non-refundable if you do not attend the shoot at the scheduled date/time/place and do not inform the photographer prior to  the session.

Wedding Package

If photography services are no longer required (e.g. wedding cancellation/postponement) and the photographer is not informed with a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents TH Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled or the client will receive a refund of their deposit, if applicable.

If you fail to attend the shoot on the date and time booked, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

Sickness – If you arrive to the shoot with any type of viral/infectious sickness, we will be unable to carry out the shoot, and the deposit will not be refunded. 

If you are sick, PLEASE contact the photographer ASAP and reschedule.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; TH Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. 

Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo for printing, or any other reason.

The client will then select the 10 images to go ahead for the editing process. Refunds will not be provided for ‘selecting the incorrect image’. If additional images are required, these can be provided at an extra cost.

Printed images

Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., once the photographer has sent the client the photograph they selected) it is then considered non-refundable. If the client has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, the client must notify TH Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph.

If an incorrect photo is sent to the client, TH Photography will send the correct photo to the client free of charge.

Prints are shipped within 1 week of full payment being received.

Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. 

The deposit is required at time of booking to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking with at least 48 hours notice. Special consideration will be made for maternity and newborn sessions. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are paid for in full at time of purchase. The responsibility of booking the session is with the client, not the photographer. If the client fails to schedule a session to take place before the expiry date stated on the voucher, the voucher becomes void.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
